This order form can be used individually or for more than one person in a family but it will be collected as a Team order. Anyone interested in ordering Clothing & Apparel is welcome to do so in support of your Athlete and EKVC.
EKVC will process team orders only to keep the volunteer time commitment to a minimum. Orders will take two to three weeks to be ready for pick up.
There are no changes or substitutions to the design. The images represent the 2023 approved design.
Clothing & Apparel is optional and not required to purchase.
Clothing & Apparel is a fundraiser for the Club to help keep Indoor Registration costs down. All prices include logo, name, number and taxes. It does not include the SportsEngine fees (SportsEngine fees = $1.50 + 3.25% of total order amount.)
TEAM ORDER DEADLINES - to receive the Team Clothing & Apparel orders in time for the 1st Premier tournament the ordering deadlines are as follows:

Due to supply chain issues, orders may be delayed.
EKVC will leave the order form open until May 31, 2023 for any other orders but they can take up to three weeks to receive.
REFUND POLICY
To complete the Clothing & Apparel order through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal account information available. Following the completion of this order, you will see a charge on your account.
