East Kootenay Volleyball Club

As an Equipment and Uniform Coordinator for EKVC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, organization, and execution of Equipment and Uniform related tasks. You will collaborate with fellow committee members to organize, track inventory, and distribute equipment and jerseys to teams at the beginning and end of the seasons. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your attention to detail, and organizational skills to make a positive impact on the EKVC volleyball community.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each team has adequate equipment and jerseys during the season.
• Organize the distribution of equipment and jerseys to teams before the season commences
• Ensure the equipment bags and first aid kits are kept fully stocked
• Ensure that each team returns equipment and clean jerseys at the end of the season
• Track inventory on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
• Pack equipment and jerseys to take to storage
• Attend scheduled committee meetings
• Quality Control
• Communication & Collaboration

We're Looking For:

• Passion for planning
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience in Microsoft Excel is an asset
• Experience with Google Drive is an asset

Time Commitment: Approximately 2-3 hours per month during the indoor season and 1-2 hours per month during the outdoor season.
